CARE-North plus Partner contributes to Flemish Sharing Economy Memoradum
March 10, 2014
On March 5th, 2014 six Flemish organisations presented a memorandum for the Sharing Economy in Flanders. This memorandum included sixty-five measures to support and promote sharing, including: car-sharing, ride-sharing, tool swapping, repair cafés, cohousing, and short food chains.
Taxistop, a partner of the CARE-North plus project, wrote the chapter about Shared Mobility - ride-sharing, car-sharing and bike-sharing.
The memorandum was sent to all of the regional political parties in order to create awareness for the next national and regional elections.
Furthermore, this document was distributed to other regions (Netherlands, Brussels and Wallonia) via various social networks (OuiShare Community and Shareable). The memorandum will be presented in The Hague, NL on the 10th of March 2014.
The memorandum (available in Flemish only) is available for download below.
